USA consists of blacks, but it also consists of so many other races, which makes it an exception.

But why is it that every country in Africa suffers so much in poverty and crime? In the western hemisphere, the poorest country is Haiti-a black country. Why is this, and when will it end?

Don't take it wrongly, I'm not racist, but those are what the statistics say. According to http://hdr.undp.org/en/ , Europe's worst of country is better than Africa's best country.

Why is this?

So, Obamachine, are you saying that Africa is at an eve of a final sort of arising in economy and society?

Changed his nick to Isaac lol

You forgot to ask, "why is there over 60% blacks in our prison system, when there's only 13.3% blacks in the USA

Europe split the African countries by simply drawing lines on a map with no real knowledge or taking into effect the culture shocks. Ideally after Imperialism African should have over 200 nations and even them they would still have their wars. They are young countries and their civil wars are actually occurring earlier then it took the US after it formed. so ideally one side would win and help out the other reconstruct but the African ideals also hold a more we must completely destroy the other side. Give them another 100 years for most the countries and they will start to take effect in world markets

For starters it's not that simple. Sub Saharan Africa is actually progressing at a faster rate than South America or the Middle East. Do you consider those places poor? In fact Modern day Africa resembles Europe 100 years ago when the factors of health and industrialization are considered. Believe it or not things are better than you would think.

EDIT:yes. They're the last people to be globalized.

I'm sure I'll get a thumbs down for say this, but I believe that the Rothschild family are actually the people who own nearly all the money in the world - they are worth trillions of dollars and they are the largest controlling steak in the Federal Reserve Bank of the US and they are the largest controlling factors/steak in the Central Bank of Europe as well.  This means they actually own all of the United States Money and they own most of Europe's money.  Therefore, given the fact that they have an unbelievable amount of wealth, they are ultimately going to be held accountable by GOD for the sin of greed in the world, which includes allowing African countries to starve !

Greed, Greed, and should I say it once again, Greed. If you ever meet a person from Africa or any other nation where Blacks come from? These people are naive, stubborn, and full of greed. I'vee met several back's from Nigeria, and they think they are more Superior then Americans. So, I'm not shocked that their country is in chaos.

This is a question that deserves a serious, honest answer.  Unfortunately, in many cases, you will not get such an answer because the witch-hunt mentality that political correctness has created.  There was a man called Leonard Jeffries who came up with an interesting scenario.  He theorized that there are "sun-people" and "ice-people".  There is some interesting insight contained in his theory.  I believe that if people lived in a warm climate where it wasn't necessary to devise manufactured objects to shelter yourself, then perhaps you wouldn't be as inspired to be creative and productive.  Maybe the Africans were satisfied and happy not to have to work so hard.  Food was probably also more available, since the soil was richer.

Look at it this way. How come the European countries advanced so quickly in terms of technology and thrived. There are still places in africa where you people haven't seen a car or airplane. They have made no progress in hundreds of years, yet the rest of world has airplanes, spacestations, and has harnessed the atom. Sounds like Darwinism in action to me.
